A member can open UP TO 3 membership accounts in Maxpine Lifestyle under the SAME Name, IC Number, Passport Number and Company Registration Number.
Member is allowed to upgrade His/Her package within 1 YEAR from the date He/She joined.

Yes, there is a Maximum Daily Pairing Limit for each package based on the package value. In order to PREVENT overpay, company will “CAP” Pairing Bonus at 25% of company Sales Revenue. The exceeded amount of Pairing Bonus will be BORNE by Gold Ranking and above by “RATIO”.
Member can get MAXIMUM 10 levels of Leadership Matching Bonus by sponsoring 10 members or above directly.
The monthly maintenance fee for a membership account is USD25.

There are total FOUR types of wallet:
Cash Wallet, Register Wallet, Purchase Wallet and Maintain Wallet.
Cash Wallet is not allowed to be transferred between members, but it is transferable within member’s own account wallets (Eq: Register Wallet, Purchase Wallet and Maintain Wallet). Register Wallet and Purchase Wallet can only be transferred within members with direct binary tree relationship (vertical) but not indirect (horizontal). Member can transfer wallets according to the rules stated below:
- Cash Wallet —> Register Wallet, Purchase Wallet and Maintain Wallet (Own Account)
- Register Wallet —> Register Wallet, Purchase Wallet and Maintain Wallet (Direct Binary Tree Relationiship)
Purchase Wallet—> Purchase Wallet (Direct Binary Tree Relationship)
Yes, member is allowed to maintain in advance by topping up His/Her Maintain Wallet. Member will get Purchase Point in advance if He/She chooses to maintain His/Her account in advance.
When a member DO NOT maintain his/her account continuously for THREE months, 25% of PV will be flushed from His/Her Big/Strong Leg, vice versa. When a member DO NOT maintain his/her account continuously for a YEAR, the membership account will be TERMINATED.
Member is ONLY entitled for Direct Sponsor Bonus if He/She DOES NOT maintain his/heraccount for the month.
Yes, the MINIMUM withdrawal amount is USD50.
No, the membership account is NOT transferable.
